Is there anyone willing to help me try to raise a vessel to relay an urgent message tonight? The ship's Inmarsat-C terminal is down and radio contact is the only possibility. I am in North Carolina. Please email djbranch @ gmail.com if you can lend a hand.

I was thinking, if the message is really urgent then maybe you could contact the Coast Guard service and they could pass the message on for you.
