Greetings from Norfolk, I currently live in Norwich but I'm often active on VHF FM whilst mobile in North West Norfolk as that's were I was brought up & thus where my family still live.
I am married to Judi 2E0KNE & our 11 year old daughter has an M3, I am involved with Scout Radio, A School radio club, were I hold the licence MX0NDH, we are on QRZ & have operated a special event for the Boys Brigade & a Science museum as well as the normal Mills on the air etc etc.
I am involved with my local RAYNET group & came to amateur radio via SWL'ing, Echo Charlie & SW broadcasting, rather than via CB.
I'm not into contesting but I do enjoy WAB.
73, dah dit dah de Alan.

Hiya Alan!
Thanks for joining our merry 'troup', and hi also to the rest of the 'ham family' there!
Sounds like there could be quite a fight for the mic (or key) in your household Alan hi hi
I was having a look at your CP-6 antenna photos in the Gallery. Looks like you have about as much space as I do for those magic bits of wire.
Look forward to chewing the rag so to speak around the forum, and don't forget to tell your friends about us!
Best 73 Alan,
Mark.
